Since its formation in 1990, Behar Company has been creating quality real estate projects in the Greater Seattle / Puget Sound market. Our primary purpose is to acquire and develop commercial real estate. We retain ownership and control of most projects which we develop. As such, we believe in building quality projects for the long term and managing them well. We especially value our relationships with tenants, and provide them with a high level of service.

We also believe that the quality people we retain are integral to our success. We emphasize keeping good relationships with the real estate community.
